Delightful Chocolate taste, definitely can stop your chocolate craving.
When Chocolate Bun out of the oven, it has a crispy outside, soft and moist inside.

Description:
This recipe can make 8-10 small buns depends on the size you want to make.
Kindly suggest you make the dough not too big, or else you have to put it in the oven for a longer time.
After remove the bunnies from the oven,
you can enjoy it with any spreadable butter/jam/creamcheese, my favorite one still is cream cheese spread. ;-)

Ingredients:
材料:
60g Coconut flour (1/2 cup) 椰子細粉
18g Psyllium husk powder (2.5TPSP) 洋車前子殻粉
1 tsp baking powder 蘇打粉
1/4 tsp pink salt 粉紅岩鹽
18g Substituted sugar (i use powdered erythritol)赤藻糖醇粉
20g Cocoa powder 無糖可可粉
4 whole egg(large) /6 egg white(large)/ 8 egg white(medium) 蛋
140g hot water( or a bit less) (3/4 cup ) 熱水
30g butter (melted) 牛油
Directions:
步驟:
1) Egg white beat until soft peak, added to dry mixed, give it a well mix.
打蛋至軟性發泡後,與乾材料混合均勻。
2) Add hot water with melted butter into the mixture.
把牛油加進熱水溶化後倒進蛋和粉的混合物,攪拌均勻。
3) Give 5 mins let the dough set
讓粉團靜待5分鐘。
4)Make your dough in bun shape
隨意造型,但注意如做大包,要焗多點時間。
5) Preheat oven 175C and place it in the oven 30 mins
預熱焗爐 175度 焗爐30分鐘 出爐!
